We delved deep into understanding user needs, fine-tuned the interface through multiple rounds of improvements, and kept up with the latest tech trends for a responsive experience.

Home Page
The Home Page we decided to keep very simple. The user can simply enter their car plate number in the corresponding field and then after clicking on book appointment they will be redirected to a page where they will be able to see all the necessary details about their car.
"Why Choose Us" Page
Here the users can get a clearer view about how the platform works and what it has to offer. The page was designed to help the user understand how this platform is different than others. Not just by the looks, but also by its functionality.
Become a Partner Page
This page was designed for the garages that want to join the platform and offer this type of online booking services to their clients. It explains what the garages need in order to get to work with the platform and it has a quick form they can complete in order to get in contact with the platform's owners.
Results
After some user testing, Book My MOT has proved itself to be very useful to a variety of users. Not just for people with little time, but also for ordinary people who just prefer the comfort of researching a garage and booking an appointment from their electronic devices.
By providing users with a platform to easily check and schedule appointment for the MOT or other similar services, we can make may people's lives much easier :)
What I learned
I gained valuable insights into the importance of user testing, the iterative design process, and the importance of user-centred design principles. Additionally, the design of Book My MOT has provided me with an opportunity to explore new design solutions for a variety of users and situations.
